  • Toss & Taste is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address or unavailability of the customer.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Orders cancelled after this may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Meals that have already been delivered are not refunded.
  • Refunds for unused meals in a subscription plan are considered case by case.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.
