Return & Refund Policy

At Toss & Taste, we are committed to providing fresh, high-quality, and nutritious meals. Due to the perishable nature of food products, our Return & Refund Policy is designed to ensure fairness and food safety.

1. No Return Policy

Since our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

This policy ensures food safety and hygiene standards for all customers.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong order
  • You received incomplete items
  • The food was damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery
  • The order was not delivered due to our fault

To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us with the following details:

  • Your name and the date of your order
  • The phone number you ordered with
  • Description of the issue
  • Photo proof (if applicable)

4. Refund Approval

If your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refund processing time may take 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

5. Subscription Plan Refunds

For meal subscription plans:

  • Refunds are not provided for already delivered meals
  • Refunds may be considered only for unused portions of subscription plans under valid circumstances
  • Refund eligibility will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

Orders cancelled after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Customer not available during delivery
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by customer
  • Change of mind after order preparation
  • Delay caused by factors beyond our control
