We currently deliver across Gurugram, Delhi and Noida. Delivery availability may vary based on your location.

To confirm delivery availability, please send us your address on WhatsApp or contact our support team.

2. Delivery Schedule

  • Meals are delivered as per the selected meal plan and schedule.
  • Delivery timings may vary depending on your location and delivery route.
  • Customers will be informed about delivery slots in advance.

We strive to ensure timely delivery, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
  • Subscription meal plans are scheduled according to the selected start date.
  • Same-day delivery may not be available for new orders.

4. Delivery Instructions

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including:

  • Complete address
  • Contact number
  • Delivery instructions (if any)

Toss & Taste is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery:

  • Our delivery partner will attempt to contact you.
  • If delivery cannot be completed, the order may be marked as delivered or missed.
  • Redelivery may not be guaranteed.

6. Food Safety and Responsibility

All meals are freshly prepared and delivered in hygienic packaging. Customers are advised to consume meals promptly or store them properly as instructed.

Toss & Taste is not responsible for food quality issues caused by improper storage after delivery.

7. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, if applicable, depend on your location and will be shared with you on WhatsApp before you pay.

Some subscription plans may include free delivery.

8. Changes to Delivery Address

Any changes to delivery address must be informed in advance. Toss & Taste may not guarantee delivery changes once the order is dispatched.
